Honey Roasted Pumpkin Soup with creme fraiche, sage, lemon & pumpkin seed pesto

Twice Baked Goats Cheese Souffle with date & fig chutney and watercress salad

Ham Hock Friiter deep fried in light batter, served on mustard dressed leaves & piccalilli

Black Pudding and Wensleydale salad with crispy bacon, sunblushed tomatoes & croutons


Turkey Escalope filled with a sausage and herb stuffing wrapped in parma ham with potato bon-bons, market vegetables and rich pan gravy

Braised Blade of Beef with bubble and squeek, forestiere sauce, & market vegetables

Pan Roasted Salmon Fillet on spiced cabbage with ginger & teriyaki sauce & roast potatoes

Christmas Lunch Served in both Restaurant and Lounge between 12 noon and 3pm.  Bookings only.

Shellfish Cocktail – hand-picked crab, crayfish, prawns, seared scallop and tempura prawn with classic cocktail sauce and babygem salad
