Chilled Prawn and Crayfish Cocktail with baby gem lettuce and marinated plum cherry tomatoes

Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Soup flavoured with thyme and roast garlic served with lemon and garlic toast

Potted Ham Hock with Herb Crostini, parsley gel and house picallilli

Goats Cheese and Beetroot Arancini on a port wine syrup with candied walnuts and fruit crisps


Turkey Escalope filled with a sausage and herb stuffing wrapped in parma ham with potato bon-bons, roast baby carrots, asparagus spears and a rich turkey jus

Pulled Brisket of Beef in pastry topped with wild mushroom ragout with fine beans, baby carrots dauphinoise potatoes and a red wine sauce

Baked Sea Bass Fillets in a pastry lattice with a shellfish mousse, herb mashed potatoes, tender stem broccolli

Wild Mushroom and Lentil Pudding with chestnuts and potato in suet pastry with potato bon-bons, fine beans, baby carrots, parsnip crisps and a red wine vegetable jus

Christmas Lunch Served in both Restaurant and Lounge between 12 noon and 3pm.  Bookings only.

Asparagus Veloute with Asparagus spear and choux pastry


Shellfish Cocktail – hand-picked crabmeat, crayfish tails, brown shrimp, prawns and lobster mixed with baby gem lettuce and a classic cocktail dressing, topped with a tempura crown

Mosaic Game Terrine – pressed local game with port and thyme, studded with pistachio nuts and served with quince jelly, herb crostini, pickled mushrooms and micro herbs



Hand Carved Turkey with Chestnut and Cranberry Stuffing, sausage wrapped in bacon, goose fat roasted potatoes, creamy mash, honey roasted parsnips and baby carrots with a rich turkey glaze

Beef Fillet Tournedos with Oxtail Bon-bons, truffle enhanced rosti potato, pickled wild mushrooms, wilted baby spinach baby carrots and courgette with a port wine jus

Baked Hake and Lobster Filo Pastry with wild mushrooms and spinach served with confit king prawns, tempura asparagus, lobster foam and souffle potatoes
